Darch Physio is a fresh, vibrant clinic, delivering a holistic approach to physiotherapy care and sports injury rehabilitation. As clinicians, we genuinely care about our clients. Craig King
Director & Sports Physiotherapist


Craig is currently the Head Physiotherapist at the Subiaco Football Club playing in the WAFL competition. Previously, he spent a number of years as a Physiotherapist at the WACA, working primarily with the WA Men’s Under 17s and 19s squads, and as the Physiotherapist for the WA Under 18’s football team.

Craig has gained valuable clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of complex musculoskeletal injuries, in both the sporting and non-sporting population. This includes acute and overuse conditions of the spine, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle and foot. He uses a combination of dry needling, manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation to achieve the best results for his patients.

Cameron Watkins
Director & Sports Physiotherapist
 

Cam is currently the Head Physiotherapist for the West Coast Fever as well as the Fever Academy. He is also the head physiotherapist for the West Coast Warriors State League netball team. Before shifting to netball, Cam was the Head Physiotherapist for the WA U16s football team for two years. Cam and Darch Physio have been certified as an official WAIS provider for WAIS netballers.

Cam is a passionate physiotherapist with a holistic approach. He has a background in a variety of forms of exercise including yoga and pilates and enjoys incorporating these as part of a complete exercise rehabilitation program along with skilled manual therapy to achieve great results with his patients. Cam has a great interest in helping people overcome long-standing painful conditions including chronic shoulder and lower back pain as well difficult tendon issues such as Achilles and patella tendinopathies.

Daniel Stead
Physiotherapist

Daniel has an extensive background in sports science including strength and conditioning and injury prevention/management. He also spent two years in the work health industry as an Exercise Physiologist.

Daniel is currently the Head Physiotherapist for the West Coast Warriors State League netball team. He is also the travelling Team Physiotherapist of the West Australian U17’s netball team, a position he has held since 2018. Prior to this, Daniel had three years experience at West Coast Eagles before working at Perth Demons Football Club. He then spent four years at the Subiaco Football Club, assisting the Head Physiotherapist in the treatment, management and rehabilitation of players.

Daniel is an enthusiastic Physio who listens to his patients and utilises a patient-centred approach whereby goals are set in conjunction with one another to reach desired outcomes. He has a vast range of assessment and diagnostic tools to enable him to accurately treat multiple disorders and injuries. He has a particular interest in spinal conditions and sporting related injury.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys keeping himself in shape, playing Australian Rules Football for York, and going for a long distance run or surf.

Simon Moore
Physiotherapist

Simon is an enthusiastic Physiotherapist who has extensive experience in assessing, treating, and the rehab of a range of musculoskeletal injuries. Having worked previously with Surfing WA at many local surfing events, and Swimming WA, travelling to the AIS in Canberra to work with their athletes during competition, he has gained valuable experience. 

High performance is a particular interest of Simon's, trying to ensure that the body is performing at its optimal level. He uses Pilates and individualised exercise programs to address any imbalances or deficiencies that a patient may have specific to their sport or activity. Having had his own fair share of injuries on the football field playing for the Subiaco Football Club, Simon knows what it’s like to be injured, and is dedicated to working with patients to resolve their injuries and keep them on the field or in the water pain free.

Nakita de Souza
Physiotherapist & Clinical Pilates Instructor

Nakita has a keen interest in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries. She has spent three years alongside the Hamersley-Carine Football Club as a Sports Trainer and Physiotherapist, focusing on injury prevention, management and treatment. She enjoys working with a wide range of conditions and has a passion for health and exercise. 

Nakita is focused on helping people return to the activities they love to do pain-free and confident, using various therapies including manual treatment, rehabilitation programs and studio-based clinical pilates.

Charlie Shepherd
Physiotherapist

Charlie completed his Physiotherapy degree with Honours at Charles Sturt University. He is currently studying his Masters at Curtin University, specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

Charlie has experience working in several different clinics both in Perth and on the East Coast. During this time, he worked with various Australian Football, Rugby League and Netball clubs. 

Charlie enjoys helping his clients make sustained lifestyle changes. He is particularly focused on taking into account the various aspects of his clients lives to ensure he sees the whole picture and achieves the best possible results.

Outside of work, Charlie keeps himself active and particularly enjoys playing Australian Rules Football and Cricket.
