As physiotherapists we are able to thoroughly assess the headache sufferer in order to form the correct diagnosis and accurately determine the source of their symptoms. This will guide the direction of treatment
Through treatment techniques such as spinal joint mobilisation and manipulation, soft tissue release techniques such as massage, trigger point therapy and dry needling as well as the prescription of stretches and exercises we will be able to help prevent the pain from recurring.
Furthermore, If the headache is coming from a source other than the neck or surrounding musculature it may therefore require medical attention, and we will be able to refer you in the right direction to make sure you get the necessary care.
