Our experienced team at Darch Physio offers individual or class programs in our new fully equipped gym and exercise studio. We offer programs for men, women and children of all fitness levels, abilities and age. Our classes are designed to your individual needs including and not limited to:

Our studio is equipped with clinical pilates equipment including; reformers, trapeze table, wunda chair, and spinal corrector. Along with; free weights, fitballs, foam rollers, resistance bands, pulleys, rotating discs, magic circles and more.

Information for all classes:

Prior to commencing Clinical Pilates classes, all new participants are required to have an initial (30 min) assessment with a Physiotherapist (sometimes, a further 30min appointment is required to complete all assessment tasks). This session(s) is used to complete a full musculoskeletal/postural assessment, discuss your goals, develop your individualised exercise program, and teach specific exercises and safety when using the equipment.

What to bring to your class:

When attending the studio, please bring a towel and socks (preferably Pilates grip socks) to use in the class as a health and safety measure. We do have Pilates grip socks available for purchase that provide better traction on the equipment.
